The managers have sold several businesses to utilities and funds. One member sold a biomass power company to 3i and later to a Portuguese fund. He also helped sell a wind farm to a UK renewable energy fund.  Another member helped sell a waste water business to Veolia as well as a large wind farm in Romania to a major utility.  A third Board member has been closely involved in the preparation for sale of stakes in the dominant Czech Solar player.  And the fourth Board member was involved in the listings of several companies on several CSE stock exchanges.
